First time exhibiting at Nagoya Stock Exchange IR EXPO!
We exhibited for the first time at the Nagoya Stock Exchange IR EXPO 2022, held at the Fukiage Hall in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture on Friday, September 9th and Saturday, September 10th, 2022. It has been 141 days since we were listed on April 21st this year. We were enthusiastic about this exhibition, hoping that as many investors as possible would remember our company name and learn about our business and purpose. As a result, both the premium and mini briefing sessions were a great success, and we are pleased that there were people who listened to us until the very end of the session. The stock price remained strong on the day and the following days, and we were able to see the results and feel the importance of IR activities over the two days. In this article, we will tell you about the preparations, the day, and interviews with the members who participated.
We have been preparing for the Nagoya Stock Exchange IR EXPO for about two months. Our members' thoughts are packed into each and every task, such as ordering various equipment, display panels, novelties, handouts, explanatory materials, etc. We arrived on site in the afternoon of the day before the expo, and while the venue was steadily being prepared, our IR members also set up the booth. We carefully rehearsed and tried and tested the layout of the booth.
The exhibition panels were created with great attention to detail so that you can learn a lot about our company in a short amount of time!
The Nagoya Stock Exchange IR EXPO was held for the first time in three years, and approximately 100 companies, including listed companies and securities firms, exhibited.
ASNOVA Interview How did you feel before the exhibition? Also, what kind of things did you put effort into?
⚫︎ As we are a B2B company that just went public, we don't think we are very well known, so I wanted as many people as possible to remember our company name.
⚫︎ In order to make them aware of how familiar scaffolding is, I was conscious of the introduction (tsukami) part when speaking.
⚫︎ "When you think of ASNOVA, you think of scaffolding Rental", so I just wanted to "get to know ASNOVA!"
⚫︎ I hope that even one more person can read "ASNOVA" as "ASNOVA"!
⚫︎ We wanted as many investors as possible to know our company name and business.
⚫︎ Because it is a very niche industry, we put a lot of thought into how to explain it in a way that would help investors understand.
⚫︎ When presenting the slides, I was enthusiastic about carrying out my duties with the same feeling as the president who was giving the explanation.
⚫︎ We put a lot of effort into creating slides so that you can gain a deeper understanding of our business flow and revenue structure.
⚫︎ I was unsure about how many explanatory materials and handouts I should prepare, but I was determined to distribute all the printed materials to raise awareness!
⚫︎ I created a novelty note with a picture of wedge binding type scaffold so that when you find a scaffolding in the city after learning about our company, you will remember "ASNOVA", so I was thinking of focusing on explaining the characteristics and demand of scaffolding.
⚫︎ I participated in the event looking forward to hearing what kind of opinions and questions I would receive.
EXPO DAY 1
On the first day, there were three mini information sessions, two booth tours, and the main event, a premium information session. Thanks to everyone's support, we were able to hold a full house of information sessions.Thank you to everyone who listened and asked questions.
The total number of visitors over the two days was 5,400, making the event very lively.

On the second day, we held two mini information sessions, two booth tours, and a Kinyuu Girls information session. At the Kinyuu Girls information session, we received many questions, and we were impressed by the large number of people who had read the materials beforehand. In addition to the information sessions, we also had many free interviews on both days, making it a very meaningful exhibition.
