Let's escape from the everyday! ~Part 3: A look at KATARUVA~
Following the 1st in Gifu Takayama and the 2nd in Kyoto, the 3rd "KATARUVA (KATARUVA)" was held in Atami, Shizuoka. The weather forecast was rainy, but the day was clear and it was a pleasant time. This time, I would like to tell you about the state of the 3rd "KATARUVA" in Atami.
KATARUVA is a place where we can discuss our company's future and challenges, and is "a place to talk about ASNOVA's future." The name "KATARUVA" comes from the Japanese word "KATARUVA," which means "a place to talk."

At ASNOVA, we believe that new value can be created by placing ourselves somewhere away from our everyday lives, bringing together people from various departments regardless of age, career, or position, and respecting each other's values.

Theme 1: How can we make purpose our own?
For theme 1, we held a workshop on "purpose," which means the meaning of one's existence.
ASNOVA's Purpose
Simply formulating a purpose is meaningless.
It is very important that each individual understands this and applies it to their daily actions.
This time, we discussed the issue from the perspective of "What kind of ingenuity is needed to understand purpose and make it something that applies to us?"

The big success of KATARUVA was that it gave people an opportunity to think about purpose.
We will continue to create spaces where people can think about purpose, with the aim of enabling each individual to face their own role and reason for existence.
Theme 2: What should we do to increase awareness of ASNOVA?
The second theme was a workshop aimed at raising awareness of ASNOVA.
ASNOVA is a new company whose fiscal year ending March 2024 will be its 11th year. In today's world, the scaffolding rental business is a business that is required by society. In order to contribute to society with this scaffolding rental business, it is necessary to make ASNOVA more known, which aims to create an environment where it can be rented nationwide.
We discussed "ASNOVA's strengths" and "measures to increase awareness."
Know your company and take a fresh look
By having employees from departments that don't directly interact with customers think together, new realizations can be generated.
Additionally, there are some things that can only be noticed by employees in departments that deal with customers on-site.
By utilizing the wisdom of each and every employee, not just a few departments, ideas are transformed into feasible ideas.
At ASNOVA, we value the importance of each and every employee facing their company, themselves, and their colleagues.
Theme 3: What should be done to improve the satisfaction of our "ASNOVA STATION" partners?
For theme 3, we held a workshop on the new business "ASNOVA STATION."
"ASNOVA STATION" is a service in which our partners provide scaffolding rental with the support of our company.
With this service, we will be able to respond to the voice of "I want to rent nearby" and quickly create an environment where scaffolding can be rented all over the country.
Increasing the satisfaction of partners who have joined "ASNOVA STATION" will strengthen our relationships with them.
In other words, improving partner satisfaction is a key factor in realizing the "ability to borrow safely, nearby, and at any time" experience.
