About ASNOVA WAY
ASNOVA WAY is ASNOVA's unique personnel system that provides a place for employees to grow by enhancing basic abilities with purpose as the foundation and expanding the potential of individuals and organizations. The system is designed around six themes: habits, challenges, change, human abilities, peace of mind, and knowledge.
Providing a "place to grow" with six themes
We provide one book per month from multiple recommended books to help employees acquire basic knowledge.
In order to foster a challenging organizational culture, we provide an environment where employees can proactively demonstrate their abilities.
We provide a place where you can acquire new perspectives and change yourself while participating in projects.
In-house Mokkeikai (discussion and reading) meetings are held monthly to provide an opportunity to learn about anthropology.
