On October 1, 2026, we took a new step as a pure holding company, ASNOVA Companies Inc.

Since our founding in 2013, Scaffolding Rental Business has built a solid business foundation over the "first decade" of dedicated work.
The "next decade" marks a phase in which we will significantly expand into the rental and circular business through M&A and overseas expansion, starting with entry into the Vietnam market and the Qool Enviro Pte. Ltd. group in Singapore. Transitioning to a holding company structure is a new challenge for us to pioneer the next stage of growth. Our foundation lies in putting heartfelt care into each item, enhancing its value, and delivering it to the next customer—the attitude of "cherishing and nurturing things" and the unique skills that support it. And the source of that value creation is "people." The growth of ASNOVA Companies is created by the growth of people. This is our belief. Starting from ASEAN, we welcome colleagues who share this vision one by one, and increase the number of colleagues who will take on challenges together both in Japan and around the world. By crossing the boundaries of companies and borders, people and strengths come together, and the circle of richness expands to the world. That is the future we aim for.

The company name "Companies" embodies the desire to grow together as a group of companies sharing the same aspirations, respecting each company's individuality and autonomy.
